Our service includes not only the hog & spit but, on-site roasting & carving by our trained carvers & catering assistants. The variety & impeccable taste of our salad bar complements the succulent roast pork, spit roasted to perfection with a crispy outer coating. A complimentary apple sauce & stuffing is the finale to this mouth-watering experience. Spit roast lamb, beef, chickens & turkey are also available on request.
We customise our catering service to tailor to your specific needs. We are self sufficient & require only a designated area of approximately 12 x 12 ft to set up our roasting station. This includes a gazebo for all weather catering. If required we can carve inside by simply wheeling the machine to the requested location. Our roasting machine is a top of the range rotating spit roaster made from high quality stainless steel, this spit roaster is extremely pleasing to the eye for your special event.
Lifestyle Catering will travel throughout the Island to cater for your event. All of our services are fully insured & as you would expect we follow strict health & safety procedures.
