Although we are very well known for our Hog Roasting, we have a number of theme menus available depending on your requirements. Meals can be served either buffet or table service.

Traditional hog roast menu:

Simply a hog, freshly roasted on a spit & perfectly presented to your guests. Juicy succulent pork with our complimentary apple sauce & stuffing, served with your choice of roasted vegetables or salads. 

Succulent lamb, beef, chicken or turkey spit roasts can be substituted for pork & each one seasoned accordingly.

á la carte menu: 

Fine dinning in the comfort of your own home. Choose from finger food drinks parties to multi course table dinning limited only by our chef's abilities & your imagination.  Please call us to arrange an informal meeting without obligation.

We are very flexible & we will always cater to your specific requirements as necessary whatever your celebration maybe.
